The rooms offered are huge and silent with an extra bathroom, a terrace and balcony. The location it has not far from a large garden, beautiful Lake Como and a delicious restaurant, a never ending breakfast and a superb spa is stunning and marvellous. A gourmet restaurant serves outstanding food. Thanks a lot, so we would have extended the stay.

Silent and big room with a Nespresso coffee machine, a terrace, and a kettle, and exceptionally comfortable bed. Fantastic food and soft drinks. Stunning location for visiting bistros and restaurants...

Luxurious and quiet rooms, very good quality furnishings and good level of cleanlinless and service. Great location, on the lake. Good recommendation from staff for a local restaurant in Como. Buffet breakfast very good and staff helpful and attentive.
Service could be farcical - I asked to borrow a corkscrew from the bar, but he couldn't find one and so went to the resturant, but they had only had one and wouldn't lend it out...eventually after about half an hour someone came to the room to open the wine; I had to ring three times to get ice delivered to the room; I didn't ask for an early morning call but got one anyway at 0545 - perhaps I shouldn't have asked for the ice the night before! No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Price was too expensive for the level of service provided.

The scenery was fantastic as was the location. The bed was perfect, soft but firm.We were given a room upgrade which was nice and the staff are special.
As all hotels that operate at this level and are seasonal there is a feeling that moneys issue.

The value for money at this incredible hotel was outstanding. The room was massive, with a breathtaking view of the lake and the comfiest bed ever. The staff treated us like royalty, especially Aurora, Gabrielle, Sylvia, and Damian who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.
Breakfast choices could be improved by ensuring better execution and organization.

The brand-new room had an exciting view of the lake. the location was secure and not far from a Michelin recommended restaurant, Torno, and the local village or grocery store. - the more “modern” dining area and comfortable bed were enjoyable.

The hotel is set on magnificent grounds and the gardens are beautiful. The floating swimming pool on the lake was gorgeous and even heated! Lovely views of the lake from the outdoor seating. Very "grand" setting.
Our room was not the best - The purple & gold decor. I thought for the price we had paid, the room was not up to scratch comparing to the London hotel we recently stayed at, in this price range. It was a good size though.
